Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dooney & Bourke purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that a $7.50 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all mail-in returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unused items with original packaging inside the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
